Hill's Imports Inc. and affiliated Park's Company have set the standard for both service and product selection for more than twenty-five years. We offer timeless designs for every season to wholesale floral distributors, gourmet packaging industry, national chain buyers, and commercial interior designers. Our customers enjoy timely product delivery supported through more than 800,000 square feet of warehouse space where we fully stock our collections. With showroom and warehouse spaces in Pennsylvania, California and Florida, we are positioned to serve our customers with more than 5000 product selections. Additionally, we have permanent showrooms in Atlanta, Georgia and Ocala, Florida. Showroom appointments may be made at any time throughout the year.

About Our Products

Hill's | Park's is your ultimate container source. Our selections include basketry, pottery, glass, metal and wood products. By monitoring industry trends our products reflect the ever-changing world of fashion and home decor. Our collections will fit just as comfortably in the traditional home, urban loft, or hotel lobby. Coordinating colors and design details across product categories, we enable our customers to easily manage their inventory requirements and target the needs of their customers.

Floral designers will find among our product offerings a wide selection of accessories to enhance their designs. We offer a complete line of glass marbles, river stones, jewel picks, birds, butterflies, garlands and novelty floral picks. Bouquet and packaging designers will find our wrap ties to be a labor saving decorative accessory.

Growers and designers will benefit from the wide selection of dish garden and pot covers we offer. Those customers with special needs searching for an opportunity to feature their own unique containers will find our product design department a helpful partner in realizing their vision.

Our Showrooms

Minimum Order

If you are a new customer our recommended minimum opening order is $1000.00. For existing customers there is no minimum order as long as you purchase in case quantities.


Backordered items will not be shipped without prior authorization from the customer. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you when backordered items become available. Hill's Imports/Parks Company reserves the right to cancel backorders if we have no response from the customer after two weeks of notification or if credit issues are involved.


All opening orders are shipped on prepayment terms (check, money order, credit card or wire transfer). Net 30-day payment terms can be established by submitting a signed and completed credit application, three trade references and one bank reference. Please fax all completed credit applications to 215-529-4700 (East Coast customers) or 510-481-5098 (West Coast customers), or mail to our Quakertown or San Leandro office. If you need a credit application please contact our office at 800-356-4902 (East Coast) or 800-747-6436 (West Coast). Hill’s/Parks reserves the right to change a customer’s credit terms for non-payment of their account. All late payments are subject to interest charges and revocation of 30-day terms. All delinquent accounts that are submitted for collection will incur an additional 25% collection fee and all associated legal fees. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.


All orders are shipped FOB Quakertown PA, or San Leandro CA. Orders will be shipped via common carrier, UPS or Fed Ex. Hill’s Imports/Parks Company determines the best method of shipping rates based on order value, weight and volume. All refusals of shipments without prior authorization will be subject to payment of all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. All additional charges applied by the delivering carrier for re-delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, or lift gate will be the responsibility of the customer. Hill’s Imports/Parks Company maintains the right to send secondary invoices to cover all additional charges determined by the delivering carrier at the time of delivery. Drop Shipping: Hill’s Imports/Parks Company will drop ship orders according to customer or purchase order instructions. All drop ship orders are subject to a 10% fee.


All returns must be authorized by Hill’s Imports/Parks Company. Any returns received without prior authorization will not receive credit. If an item is reported to be defective and upon authorized return is deemed by Hill’s Imports/Parks Company to be in satisfactory condition it will not receive credit and is subject to a 10% restocking fee.


DAMAGES, SHORTAGES AND DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. If there is any visual damage to the outside of the cartons it is important to describe the damage on the delivery receipt or electronic clipboard of carrier and contact the delivering carrier as soon as possible. If the shipment is delivered short please contact the carrier and file a claim immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to Hill’s Imports/Parks Company within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
